Orders enter our processing system quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the processing phase.

All orders undergo a 1-2 day processing period before shipping. Then:

• Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch – $12.95
• Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch – Free on orders over $50

Yes, we ship globally to help horror enthusiasts worldwide embrace their dark side. However, due to logistical constraints, we currently cannot deliver to certain parts of Asia and select remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Once your order dispatches from our crypt, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that allows you to follow your package’s journey through the shadows.

For our international disciples of darkness, please note that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping costs. We declare all packages accurately as “merchandise” with their true value to ensure smooth passage through customs.

We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your items. Products must be in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Yes, we can exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

We meticulously prepare each item with care, but if your dark treasure arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll swiftly arrange a replacement or refund.
