Once you’ve summoned your dark treasures from our collection, our crypt keepers will carefully prepare your order. This ritual takes 1-2 business days before your package begins its journey to you.

We offer two methods to deliver our gothic wares to dark souls worldwide:

STANDARD SHIPPING – $12.95

  • Carried by DHL or FedEx, our trusted spectral messengers
  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Trackable journey through the shadows

FREE SHIPPING – Orders over $50

  • Delivered via EMS, the ancient postal spirits
  • Arrival within 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders summoning $50 or more in dark treasures

Note for International Dark Souls: Our deliveries reach most global realms, excluding certain parts of Asia and remote regions. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

WHEN TREASURES MUST RETURN TO THE CRYPT

THE HAUNTED TIMEFRAME

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request. Like spirits that fade with time, this window closes precisely at midnight on the 15th day.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN TO THE CRYPT

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet these requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A copy of the original order confirmation must be included

ITEMS THAT CANNOT RETURN FROM THE DEAD

Certain items in our collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fabric Face Masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Enamel Pins & Buttons (as intimate accessories)
  • Crypt Goods (limited edition and collectible items)
  • Any item marked as “final sale” or “limited edition”
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not present upon original delivery

STEP 3: AWAIT OUR RESPONSE

Our crypt keepers will respond within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

THE EXCHANGE CEREMONY

For exchanges, the process mirrors that of returns. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will dispatch your replacement item. If the exchanged item differs in price, we will process the appropriate refund or charge the difference.

THE RETURN OF YOUR TREASURE

REFUND PROCESSING

  • 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

SHIPPING COSTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
  • Post Mortem Cosplay Shop is not responsible for return packages lost in transit
  • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS FROM THE SHADOWS

For our international dark souls (excluding certain parts of Asia and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid additional customs charges
