B. Product Descriptions
We endeavor to accurately describe our dark treasures, including colors, materials, and dimensions. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of some items. What you receive may differ slightly from website images.
C. Limited Edition Items
Certain Crypt Goods and marked “limited edition” items are produced in restricted quantities. These treasures cannot be restocked once sold out and are typically final sale.

V. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

B. Shipping Methods
We offer two methods to deliver our gothic wares:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95: Carried by DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50 or more, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
C. Shipping Regions
Our deliveries reach most global realms, excluding certain parts of Asia and remote regions. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
D. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our shop are delivered by third-party carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
VI. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
A. The Haunted Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange request. Like spirits that fade with time, this window closes precisely at midnight on the 15th day.
B. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet these requirements:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- A copy of the original order confirmation must be included
C. Items That Cannot Return From The Dead
Certain items in our collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fabric Face Masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Enamel Pins & Buttons (as intimate accessories)
- Crypt Goods (limited edition and collectible items)
- Any item marked as “final sale” or “limited edition”
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not present upon original delivery
D. The Ritual of Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide the required information including order number and reason for return
- Await our response with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Ship the item(s) to our haunted mansion at: 2447 Gambler Lane, Sugar Land, US 77478
- Keep your shipping tracking number to monitor the journey of your return
E. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear.
F. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Post Mortem Cosplay Shop is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
